拉攏北市退休公教？柯文哲選舉再出招

年金改革7月1日上路，估計台北市約有4萬名退休公教人員受影響。台北市長柯文哲要求市府內清點出5萬個兼職工作，將優先提供給退休公教人員「貼補收入」，頗有在藍、綠年改路線之間，拉攏該族群的意味。明（11）日柯文哲將親自主持說明會，據傳效果若佳，後續還將納入退休警消。對此藍、綠陣營都有批評聲音傳出，認為將工作機會限定提供給「特定族群」，會排擠現有工作人員權益，乃是不公平的措施。

外界評估，年金改革由綠營提出，對綠營選情勢必造成一定影響，而藍營方面又抗爭不力，柯文哲選在此時推出這項措施，一方面可轉移一市場改建案的風風雨雨，二方面正是企圖在藍綠之間收割民怨、拉攏特定群體。據報導指出，對此藍、綠都有議員批評，把工作機會限定給「特定族群」，將排擠現有工作人員權益，是炒短線又不公平的政治操作。（編輯：林肇豊）
