美國大型企業少數女性執行長薪酬中位數高於男性執行長中位數，但在年薪排行榜上遠遠落後。美聯社報導，人氣商品CP值爆表根據數據統計公司Equilar，2018會計年度女執行長年薪中位數為1270萬美元（近新台幣4億元），男執行長中位數為1120萬美元。與一年前相較，女執行長年薪上升68萬美元、男執行長增54萬美元。. } }); } 統熱門商品下殺計的340家企業中只有19家由女性當家，並無女執行長年薪進入前20名。Discovery集團執行長薩斯拉夫（David Zaslav）年薪最高，達1億2950萬美元，為最高薪女執行長的六倍左右。通用汽車的瑪麗．貝拉（Mary Barra）在女執行長排名第一，年薪2190萬美元，和一年前相同；第二名為洛克希德馬丁的瑪莉蓮．修森（Marillyn Hewson），年薪2150萬美元，較一年前成長7%；第三名的通用動力執行長菲比．諾瓦科維（Phebe Novakovic）年薪2070萬美元。女性進入職場比率與男性相當，但職位層級愈高，女性比率愈少，原因包括潛意識偏差、缺乏前輩指導及雇主喜歡聘用與自己形象相同員工。Catalyst執行長羅琳．哈立頓（Lorraine Hariton）表示，雖然每年的女性最高主管數據讓人失望，長期而言仍有進展。近期公布的財星500大企業資料顯示，女執行長人數增加，以33人創下新高，不過大部分是近一年上任的。董事會中的女性比例也逐漸增加，有助女性邁向執行長之路。哈立頓並表示，研究顯示，消費者日漸期最近流行商品彌月送禮推薦待看到企業及執行長對環境及挖好康暢銷產品社會議題採取行動，包括多元化。美國大型企業少數女性執行長的薪酬中位數高於男性，但無人進入高薪榜前20名。路透 分享 facebook
